History
Youth and high school wrestling is one of the most misunderstood sports and has little in common with the ‘professional wrestling’ as seen on television. In fact, wrestling is an international sport and has existed as an organized sport for over 5,000 years. The actual sport of wrestling is a relatively safe and non-violent team and individual sport that promotes discipline, achievement, dedication and positive physical activity for lifelong health.
